An absolute waste of tax payers money. When the ICAC commissioner is provided information that Port Adelaide police have perjured themselves in writing and the commissioners response is that in his professional opinion perjury by police does NOT constitute misconduct and as such wont be investigated. What use is ICAC. They merely cover up serious criminal behaviour by police rather than investigate it.
