Initially, the service provided to me by AWA was unsettling and rocky as massive staff changes meant I had 4 different job coaches within a 6 week period. However, then Lek stepped in and the service improved drastically. Lek listened even amongst his busy schedule, and made a concerted effort to assist me despite my difficult situation and to the maximum boundaries within the scope of his position. I am now doing a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at university, and appreciated Lek's support; as in truth, I would most likely have sought the assistance of another Network Agency had it not been for Lek.
