SCAM! FRAUD! REPORT! they are acting as Telstras agent and trying to ask for personal details (as a debt collections company). Very persistent. Unfortunately they did have correct account number and amount owing which makes them seem legitimate. Even when I informed them that the account was created fraudulently, a member from telstra store rectified issue in 30sec (after trying to call Telstra for 6 months), and credited the money that was said to have been owed back to us - IMPACT Financial services still chasing me through dodgy emails and Australian mobile numbers coming from overseas operators.

They rely solely on fear to earn money, they probably pay about 20 for your 600 debt and then they send you scary emails like you'll be in serious trouble if you don't pay it but listing a default on my account doesn't do me any harm in fact its actually better for me in the long run because i don't piss my money away on loans i just do it the smart way and save up myself! So thanks for encouraging me to save my money instead of borrowing money

SCAM. Do not pay these people. Don't give them your details over the phone. They have no legal standing and will harass you for debts that have already been resolved. They'll call you and ask you for your personal information for "verification" but won't even tell you who they are. Then if you do give them your information, they give out your information to other scam companies and you end up getting COMPLETELY RANDOM mobile numbers calling you at any hour of the day even if your debts are resolved.
They approached me with a fake Telstra bill (a mobile number I've never had) and demanded I pay 3600. Telstra confirmed I own nothing and confirmed they never asked Impact FS to contact me. These people are scammers.
Extremely rude people who called from a mobile number and instantly demanded my information for "verification" purposes. I stated I would not give them to a random caller and was given a 1300 number to call back, I had to ask twice for the business name to be stated as the person was intentionally being unclear the first 2 times. I located the website and called the different 1300 number listed as their main number for Australia to find out it is some lawyers with a different name who could "transfer me to Impact Financial Services". Upon calling back the original number, the call was redirected through several switchboards and picked up by the same person who only answered with "Hello, (long pause) is this ...." and gave my name. This so called business cannot be verified and still want me to give all my information to them after they have provided false and misleading information.
Worst service I've ever come across. Heads up for anyone looking to reach out to their so, called "account manager " They outsource their number to Philippines so you're never directly speaking with your "account manager" the only point of contact is email, and even then Kate doesn't reply to emails nor acknowledges any received information.
Terrible company, staff doesn't have much information about anything. Eli called me, said she sent the invoice, but invoice was never received
