When I first went to them they came highly recommended from a friend and the lady who handled my case Rossana was absolutely fantastic. Then unfortunately she left and the people who took over my case was a different story. I was originally quoted an amount to finalise my paperwork and was all agreed. Then I get a call from immigration saying my paperwork was never submitteD. When I called Immiexperts they said they wanted more money than what was quoted before they can file it because the original quote wouldn’t cover it. They asked 2500 more on top of what I paid. I had it in writing on my email I was only meant to pay 500. So I ended up doing it myself in the end and wasted 500 for absolutely nothing. Turns out the process only takes a few hours so I don’t know why they asked for 3 grand to submit paperwork online. Be careful with what they say the price would be because they will go back on it and ask for more.
