I have met or had coffee with hundreds, if not thousands, of Tech & Digital leaders over the years, most of whom battled with the same problem of balancing a demanding work schedule with the rigour of a thorough job search. I founded Imagine Talent to help solve that problem. I run 1:1 coaching sessions in person (or via Skype/phone if you’re based outside of Metro Melbourne), bringing a fresh and energetic approach to help ease the daily grind and stressors of searching for a new job. By taking you through a holistic framework of a job search strategy, I provide coaching and impartial advice through the job search lifecycle from CV writing and refreshing your social media presence, to interview prep and job offer negotiations.
