Went on a 90 min dolphin watching cruise and the crew were great. Customer service was exceptional. Number of passengers were ideal, not overcrowded which was a worry with a 2 and 5 yr old. Saw a way more dolphins then expected and the entire family was very happy. Definitely recommended.

We spent a lot of time picking a cruise for dolphins watching and I’m glad we ended up with Imagine. Ship was pretty small so we had only 10-15 people on the board it is great not only in terms of social distancing but also we have got many more places on the boat to watch dolphins. Loved that view was clear without any windows or anything. And also net in front is nice too, you can get closer to dolphins

Had a great afternoon on the 12:30pm tour- all staff were exceptional, professional and went to great lengths to make sure we had a terrific time. Even snorkeling they helped point out the wildlife to us so we got a great experience underwater. Dolphins a plenty on the way out of the bay! Magical. Can't wait to go on another tour in the near future. Thanks Team.
I booked an experience with Imagine Cruises, however, the cruise did not go ahead because of bad weather. The captain announced we would all receive a refund but I'm still trying to get my money back or at least a credit to go on another cruise. I've been patiently waiting for 3 months and still haven't heard back from these guys. Don't book unless you know the weather will be good, because you won't get your money back.
Not a first time cruising with Imagine. This time was different as we went on 10:30 cruise with my 2.5 year old daughter. We prefer small boat, you get closer to dolphins and have better experience, not too crowded. Obviously this time during Covid not that many people. It was small crew about dozen of us. Boat has two nets. One at the front of the boat and one large net on the side where you can totally enjoy the bay and watch dolphins from close. Even my toddler was brave enough to go into the net. She loves water and was so excited about the cruise, next morning she wanted to go again. As we have done this cruise with other companies on larger boat. By far this was the best! Thank you Imagine Cruises, we love cruising with you!
Had an absolute blast on our snorkelling trip! The crew were great and knowledgeable on the area around us and made us feel welcome as soon as we got on the boat. We saw dolphins on our way up and back which is always exciting. The highlight of the trip was snorkelling and discovering all the sea-life by Cabbage Island. Would really recommend doing a snorkel trip with this cruise. We will be back again!
The most perfect day, not just the weather but we had the best cruise with Imagine Cruises and their incredible crew. Frank at the helm with excellent commentary and giving us an amazing up close experience with these beautiful creatures. Roaming crew, Mark, Jeannie and Mike shared so much knowledge of the area and the incredible history that this area has. Highly recommend, thank you for a truly beautiful day and for sharing your knowledge.
