Absolutely amazing service! I recommended this clinic to all of my friends because I strongly believe that is one of the best out there! I was so impressed when I first arrived. The staff have been really polite, really knowledgeable, explained to me within the consultation how the machine works and also how our skin works. The atmosphere is so healing and the beauticians are really understanding and they work really hard! I could see an improvement literally after the first session. The machine works great and it really gets rid of the hair fast! Thank you once again Image by Laser for everything!

I was a Loyal customer to Image by laser for over 3 yrs now, unfortunately their Maroochydore clinic has closed permanently. Not only did I not receive a call to inform me of this ( I had prepaid packages ) I had to seek them out first only to be told to drive over an hour away to Brisbane for my appointments lol what a joke. Apparently a refund is not a option. I would be wary as a new customer if they close their next one , they will happily keep your money.
I love them! They have honestly changed my life and I love myself more than ever! I said bye bye to razors an hello to beautiful hairless legs! The team is lovely and make me feel at home every visit. This is honestly the one decision in life I will never regret. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I've been going to this place for almost a year for laser tattoo removal. I can only say great things about the whole experience. I'm getting great results and are very happy that my investment is paying off. The staff is always professional and they have great customer service.
