Good product, so far that is. (Spectre100 wood heater) However the company doesn't seem very organised. I bought online during a sale but then didn't hear anything regarding my purchase for some time. When I queried this I was told I should've called their store to arrange purchase as buying online goes via Victoria, as if I'd inconvenienced them at Enfield somehow.... Then the person I'd been dealing with via email dropped off and someone new took over arranging accessory purchase and installation. This made me need to repeat myself. Oh well, not a bad experience but there's plenty of room for improvement there.

Got great service from Daniel. However two of the other guys I dealt with there were extremely rude. We were very happy with the fireplace we purchased. The price was competitive with other shops. Just ask for Daniel and you will be fine.

We have an Illusion gas heater. We rent out house as a holiday rental and almost every tenant cannot get it to work, We are not on mains so everytime we get a new cylindar the pilot light goes off and I have to send videos becuse it is clumsy. Now it has stopped working. I rang illusion they could only provde one name of somene to service it and he was going to charge a minumum of 3 hours call out fee. We found someone else and we need a new switch. Quote is over 1 k. It is only 4 years old. It is fantastic when it works but getting it t work is a problem.

Absolutely terrible wood heater. The fan is so loud but it is useless without it. The rattling of the whole fire when it is going does my head in! I know 2 other people with the same fireplace and they both also hate it. As soon as I can afford it, I will be replacing it which is incredibly disappointing after so much money and only having it for 2 winters. Waste of money, wish I could give it zero stars.

Wasn't happy with the service we got on Saturday. Yes it somewhat busy, but one of the employees was extremely blunt and clearly didn't want our service, so we're happy to buy elsewhere. Recommend Energy Hothouse or Home Of Fire. Search around. You get what you pay for.
