I have seen Mary and Liv in the past week and both are amazing. Very friendly and professional. I had the Oxygenation Peel with Liv and it was the best facial treatment I have ever experienced (I have suffered adult acne for 10 years and have had an excessive amount of treatments & Liv is the BEST!). I just wish I booked a chemical peel & milia extractions earlier at Illuminate as it would have saved me a lot wasted time and money on other subpar clinics on King Street! Can’t wait for my next Oxygenation Peel in 2 weeks my skin feels amazing and is glowing.

Brilliant clinic. I was recommended this place by a friend who has beautiful and natural injectable results. Initially, they fixed a botched tear trough filler given to me by another clinic. Couldn’t be more grateful for their help and care during this time. They actually care about your results, are honest with you, and have excellent customer service. Wish I had have gone with them from the beginning and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
I cannot recommend Illuminate highly enough. Having had a chronic illness which took its toll on my face, I was referred to them by a close friend and industry insider, after looking around and getting confused by technical mumbo jumbo and flashy sales pitch. From the first moment I walked in I was blown away by their kindness and professionalism. More importantly the results have been better than I could ever have imagined. I went in to Illuminate to have my Botox done and was interested in some cheek filler also. The team were so polite and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and that I was under great care. I ended up going ahead with the cheek filler also which I am so happy I did! I have received so many compliments since visiting Illuminate - I cannot wait for my next visit!

My experience with Illuminate was exceptional and I am so pleased with the results of my treatment, the service I received and the overall notably high standards of the clinic and the whole friendly team. The initial consultation was very thorough and all communication to set appointments was so prompt and accommodating. It was a really pleasant atmosphere and I felt very relaxed for my first time ever getting a Vampire Facial done by Mary. I didn't know what to expect, but as my skin healed, it felt the softest and was the clearest it's ever been, super noticeable after suffering from blemishes and scarring for most of my life. I would highly recommend the clinic and look forward to returning.
