Great alternative if you don't want hot soupy ramen and works well take-away. The noodles are delicious and addictive. Also great to mix and slurp :)

Absolutely delicious ! Got the original and the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the flavours were mouth-watering. Pork was tender, poached egg was runny, and the seaweed gave it that crunchy touch. The gyozas were tasty too, however was quite small for portion. Other than that, customer service was great, and is overall a go-to place to eat in Darling Square. Keep it up Mazesoba ! :)

What an excellent example of owning something and doing it well. The menu is not extensive but centred around mazesoba (mixed noodles) and it’s delicious!! We had the original and the secret one. also got some uni on the side! Friendly staff, cute store. Will be back for more.

Japanese food craving satisfied! Ordered the Chicken Karaage Mazesoba and Pork Gyoza and it was such a lovely combination! ️ Aside from the amazing food, the experience eating here is very pleasant especially outside in a very cozy day. The staff are very friendly and their service is superb. Will definitely go back here when I visit the city again.

If you not into soup ramen and prefer dry style ramen that doesn't come with a broth but with a soy based sauce, Iiko Mazesoba is the place to try. They make their noodles in-houses daily it's thick and chewy a bit like Indonesian Bakmi taste but a little thicker they have a good variety of Mazesoba to choose from from the Original, Zenbu, Dandan, Cheese, Vegan to Chicken Karaage, Ebi Tomato to their seasonal special Mazesoba. I like their Chicken Karaage it's crispy and juicy and the Ebi Croquette was really tasty. Love their dashi congee I get them for my breakfast or when I want a lighter dinner.

The best dry noodles I've ever had! You are meant to mix the noodles, toppings with lashings of vinegar and chili oil before consuming creating this final product of noodles drenched in a thick flavorful sauce I cannot recommend this enough! Pro tip: get the karaage chicken side to go with your Mazesoba )

Located in Darling Square, it’s a great option when not feeling having yet another ramen. The menu offers different options of mazesoba (mixed noodles that are freshly made, no broth),and other Japanese food. Staff is friendly and food comes quickly, for a very good price. Really enjoyable!
