The lovely Stephen was able to fix our reversing mirror in no time, on a Saturday morning on the long weekend... he met us there and worked out the problem in no time, all the while answering kids questions in the back of the car, and giving us some good local knowledge tips. Very grateful for finding a genuine guy who was just happy to help us out at last minute, and very reasonable prices were a bonus. Thank you Stephen!

Top score on old-fashioned 'Customer Service' for this establishment !! We were travelling along the Murray River and started having trouble with the reversing camera on our 8m Motorhome. Was advised to source out a CAMS (Car Audio Master Systems) Agent in the area and was pleasantly surprised to find Ignition ASV in Echuca. Called to see if they could fit us in any time soon as it wasn't safe to drive without rear-vision. Stephen and his crew were able to oblige in a timely manner. Thought I may have been up for a new camera but thanks to his expertise, Stephen located the problem and it was all fixed in half an hour. To say, we were grateful is an understatement - but to our delight, he followed it up the next day to see if it was working. Now that's good CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
