After reading some of the fantastic reviews for iDOC, I walked in to the store Friday afternoon (26/3) without an appointment and was greeted by Tony. His friendliness, honesty and attitude were exemplary. Not only was I provided with an honest up-front potential cost of the device repairs, I was also offered a great price if the situation with the device was worse than first thought. Tony asked for 30 mins to carry out the repairs and I left him with the device. Upon return, exactly 30 mins later, Tony advised that the situation was not good and outlined the cost of fixing the device. Unfortunately the time and cost of fixing the device was far outweighed by its age and I decided to not go proceed with the internal motherboard module replacement. What impressed me the most was Tony's honesty and his in-depth knowledge of the device, he also allowed me to be able to momentarily power on the device (which had previously been impossible due to its fault condition) to erase all data and settings safely before I could E-waste the unit. A massive thanks to Tony @ iDOC, I highly recommend both Tony and iDOC and would not hesitate returning to store in the future.
