Always excellent service and very helpful trying to find the right size skate. They offer classes with great instructors which are fantastic and should be checked out if you're interested in pursuing ice skating. Cannot more highly recommend.

Fun events and good music/lighting, however the skates have thin padding and are quite wobbly. Would recommend to people with experience and their own skates, recreational skaters should just go to O'Brien.

In regards to the online store. I bought some new hockey gear that was shipped out fast and delivered the next day. Which was impressive as it was during Victoria’s stage 4 lockdown and sent interstate. I’m completely satisfied with the quality of the equipment and packaging. The only minor drawback was that I don’t recall seeing each item’s size chart on the webpage. Regardless, I was fairly familiar with CCM’s sizing and was able to look it up on U.S. stores. Prices were comparable to other online stores in Australia and the free shipping for purchases over 300 was a nice perk. Also worth noting is how the current retail market for ice hockey gear in Australia has changed to how it was a decade ago. Items are now priced very similarly to the U.S. and Canada. However, Australian stores seem to lack a lot of the larger sizes of gear (especially quality skates). Anyway, 5 stars! And I’m looking forward to visiting the HQ when I can come back over to Victoria. Thanks guys.

You could queue songs from an iPad on the wall, though they don't have all songs. Ice skating was fun and it's very easy to book a session, I suggest booking online as it's cheaper.
