Had phone repaired 3 days ago, picked it up everything was all good. Very next day it stopped working on one side of the screen Took it back and was told they won’t fix it because there was a little crack inside the screen which I hadn’t even noticed because I haven’t dropped it since I got it back, was told it probably happened from pressure of being in my pocket, also told they’re really hard to break. Apparently not. Quite upset they won’t repair it, would recommend going to Apple for replacements

These guys are amazing. They have fixed my surface pro with little hassle and best price on the market. They also today fixed my Lenovo phone which is very rare and no one else could fix it apart from them. Their service was so good I paid more than the quoted repair to say thank you. I will NOT go to anyone else. Thank you I Station!

Unprofessional. Staff was clueless and had trouble communicating in English. Gave them my phone for a simple screen repair but they took weeks to do nothing so had to cancel. When I called up to ask for its status they had trouble understanding me and locating my phone. Had to cancel the ''repair''. Bad service.

UNTRUSTWORTHY! Had my phone for weeks for nothing and didn't inform me of delays until I called up several times only to be met with poor communication and reluctant service. They also give minor discounts for 5 star google reviews.. that should tell you how unreliable they are.

These guys are first class. True professionals. Really know their stuff. They located a screen to repair my Lenovo P2 phone (great phone but not sold in Australia), got it within a bit over a week, rang me and had it fitted within in an hour. Pricing is good, service excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
