This shop is a great service for getting all your academic books and recycling your old ones in one transaction, leaving an account there for next time. Highly recommend. All titles available and good quality second hand.

Great service! Dropped off my old school books and was able to get a store credit for some of them. Ended up purchasing another book with that credit and they organised this quickly and efficiently for me, shipping it interstate.
I saved a bunch with my in-store credit, recycling my daughter's textbooks was good for the planet and good for my bank account.
Poor customer service. The selling price for second hand books are way too high comparing to prices of new books. (e.g. New 53.95 Vs 2nd Hand 44.96). Update: The store (owner?) called to complaint about my poor review Really surprised they cannot handle honest customer feedbacks.
8 years of really good service and quality 2nd hand books; never had a dud. I saved lots of money selling my books here and getting the next years ones. Thanks so much for having this place. They even ordered in new editions and sold the codes for e-versions to match the books they stocked. I recommend them to my students too.
Don't recommend it. They got me two wrong books that's not on my list, I didn't notice at first that it's the wrong publisher, and I'm from Canberra so definitely driving back there wasn't the option. Called before hand just in case if there's a refund policy, and the lady who answered the phone said "sure just being the book back." with no mentioning is any refund period, even though I have told her I won't be there till a month later. Went there, got charged a 10% fee for late returns regardless!? It wasn't big money thank God! But for something that's entirely not my mistake yet you still have to pay money for nothing?... Only mistake I made: should've recorded the phone call and upload that!... If only I could.
Good initiative to provide used textbooks at subsidized rate! Hope the collection list grows to a wider range.
