The pump for our water tank developed a leak and had no pressure. We took it to Matthew at Hydration Consultants on Monday morning about 9.00am. I got a call about 3.00pm saying the pump was ready to be picked up. Our pump is more powerful than it was when it was new. The cost was a tad over 50, Brilliant!

Martin who answered my call was very friendly and helpful. Matt who fixed the issue with our water pump was also friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The whole job was cheaper than the previous quote from a plumber who said we needed whole new pump. Thanks Hydration Consultants. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Always delivers prompt service. He will save you money by either making repairs to a water tank pump where others have quote for a replacement. Or he will obtain a replacement water tank pump at a competitive price.

I thought my rainwater tank pump was faulty so I took it to Hydration Consultants. I was expecting the worst. I left the pump there to be inspected and quoted on. I got a call a couple of hours later to collect my pump. The pump had been rebuilt ( I had pulled it to pieces) and tested and found to be operating normally. There was no charge!!!!! I know where I will take it (or any other pump) next time. Thanks Hydration Consultants, I tell this story to my friends and family who have water tanks and swimming pools.

I had an aging Davey pressure pump with a half dozen leaks and a cracked pressure tank. The staff were extremely informative, helpful and accomodating to my needs. The pump repairs were carried out quickly and for a great price, I would definitely recommend the team at Hydration Consultants.
