I had a major leak at the skimmer box and also a leak from one of the jets that meant I needed to top up the water every 3-4 days. I have an older spa (more than 15 years old) so I expected there to be issues that might be tricky to fix. Contacted HydraSpa and following a quote, Leigh was dispatched to fix the leaks. Leigh was awesome - really friendly, arrived on time and ultimately after 3 hours fixed the leaks. The app that lets you when they're arriving (and even their current location so you can track them) was handy so I could make sure I was home. Cost was less than 300, including parts, which was very reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that you allow a few weeks for the quoting and repair. They're clearly really busy so don't expect a service in the week you call.

This company has the most incredible people to work with. We bought a new house which had a very old hot tub in it, we had Hydra Spa service it and their maintenance guy is great: chatty, honest and quick. The spa was old and finally died, so we decided it wasn't something we wanted to live without and went to check out what new spas are like at Hydra. They were AWESOME. We sat in a bunch and chatted about all the pros and cons, and picked one we were super happy with. They were able to get it to us really quickly, take out the old one, install the new one and helped us every step of the way. Our new spa is so beautiful and I could not be happier! THANK YOU!

Ian was very helpful, friendly and honest. He allowed us to test the spa and wasn't a typical sales person just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend this business. They sell sapphire spas which are Australian made and after testing one l would highly recommend.

Have been going to the shop for 4 years now. Never had any problems before. Had a problem with pool and got someone (not naming anyone here) and they spent multiple hours (and 100s of in labour cost) trying to find the problem. Had to eventually ask them to STOP trial and error and leave. Showed it to Poolwerx (over video call) and Pool Rescue and both were able to identify the precise problem in 5 minutes. Fixed in 30 minutes. Have never posted a bad review about anyone before, but the rudeness of their staff on phone was the final straw. Lesson learnt - be clear with them how much it will cost to fix the problem and dont just go along paying an hourly rate so that they can waste time and charge you more. Hoping this review helps others get a better outcome. Stay well.
