Convenient medical centre with GPs, Specialists, and ancillary medical services such as physiotherapists, podiatrists, medical imaging, dentists, psychologists and the like. Convenient to several bus routes, Museum Station and about 15 minutes walk from Town Hall.

Dr. Michael Kim is a terribly arrogant and rude individual. He genuinely needs to do some courses on empathy and social interaction. His attitude and treatment of his patients is simply one of disdain and contempt. He has no interest in your symptoms and makes you feel like you are nothing but a complete inconvenience to his day! I have seen many doctors here over the years, but Dr. Kim is frankly, not only the rudest doctor here, but probably the rudest doctor I've ever encountered. I would STRONGLY advise, if your booking is with Dr. Michael Kim, change it! Insist on seeing someone else.

I think it is a great practice. Aside from going myself, they have looked after my son through most of his life through his usual weekend medical emergencies (why always on the weekend?). The doctors have been inevitably competent, and the staff efficient and friendly.

I always find the GP’s to be knowledgeable and especially helpful in dealing with the more complex issues. Dr Christopher Chung and Dr Jie Zhang treated me for pneumonia successfully and I could not recommend them more for any respiratory issues. It’s great to have the option of selecting doctors with different specialties and also not to mention the added benefit of the practice having several rooms allocated for specialist and further testing. The reception staff are highly professional also and have the ability to deal with high pressure and stressful situations calmly. I left my laptop at the practice and they kept it safe and secure the entire time until I returned to collect! 5 star. Highly recommend

Good service, staff pretty friendly, location is great...the only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the waiting time. I booked for 2:45, and i only passed with the doctor at 3:15. If wasn’t the delay, i would say that is the perfect place to go. Also the price is great if u book in advance

Joanna Hsing shouldn’t be a doctor, try to avoid her. My friend and I visited this Hsing because my friend had pain around her abdomen for 4 days and it was getting worse. This doctor confidently believed that my friend’s pain was caused by constipation without giving any medical tests. We even insisted that my friend has no issue of constipation. Eventually, we went to another GP somewhere else and my friend was diagnosed with a 6cm ovarian cyst and need a urgent to semi urgent surgery to remove the cyst. I will not call Joanna Hsing doctor because she doesn’t deserve this title. She lacks basic medical knowledge, and during the consultation she even said there is no major organs around the pain area. There is a 6cm ovarian cyst for God sake!

I've been looked after by Dr Ai Nhi Bui for the past 8 years and I am very grateful to have been cared for by this brilliant doctor after visiting many other GPs who disregard my symptoms therefore not treating my medical conditions. Dr Bui has always been thorough and prioritised my wellbeing and I appreciate her straightforward approach in providing me all the facts and treatment options. I have recently moved to South Australia and I am currently looking for a new doctor but it is a very difficult task to find someone as knowledgeable and caring as Dr Bui. Waiting time in Hyde Park medical centre is relatively short in comparison to the hour long wait I endured in other practices.
