Buying from Indigo Love was a pleasant experience. Having the parcel delivered was another thing. They use Fastway Couriers which must be the worst Courier service in Sydney. Go to the reviews for this Courier company and they are all just complaints. I have no idea why Indigo Love would use such incompetents. I received a notification that my parcel was arriving on Thursday, stayed at home all day and it never arrived then arrived on Friday when I wasn't at home. It then took almost a week to track down my parcel and have it redelivered. On the Friday I called Indigo Love to help me get my parcel delivered, the lady I spoke to wasn't interested, said she would call them and just never bothered to call me back, I presume she never called Fastway. I called the Fastway Couriers and spoke to Mohammed, he asked me to call back, when I called back and asked for Mohammed, they wanted to know which one as they have 5 Mohammeds. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had and I buy online a lot. Indigo Love you need another delivery company! Be aware Fastway Couriers have apparently changed their name to Aramex.
