A disgusting and nasty company to lease a property to. I leased my apartment through a real estate to these guys and the tenant ruined my kitchen bench, smoked cigarettes and stained the place. The company refused to pay for damages and accept any responsibility and have the nerve to blame workmanship and wear and tear. They also never gave the bond back. NEVER lease through this company or have any of their tenants rent your home. They will ruin it. This has cost me dearly.

Is SGCH going to provide rental reduction in this current crisis the whole world is experiencing? I hope you start thinking of the hundreds of thousands of people who have lost their jobs, at the same time prices of groceries have increased. Least housing organisations can do in this time of need is to assist in reducing rent for everybody

Been renting with this company for about 3 years and a half. And I will never recommend them to no one. They will badger you when you are at you’re lowest point in life. No compassion and no help by this company even if you are an excellent tenant you will be treated like Shit. You will be left homeless the people that work here won’t help you at all. Most tenants they except to live in these affordable properties are a disgrace, filthy and will damage your property. Think twice before getting your self in to a mess with this company. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. They will also take you to the tribunal and they won’t give u the opportunity to make any arrangements what so ever. Extremely poor service and a disgrace. Not to mention they will also leave you stranded with no assistance what so ever.

I would just like to comment on The Day at the Movies. I would like to thank SGCH for putting on a wonderful day, which I enjoyed very much. You went to a great deal of trouble. The food was plentiful and very nice, and so much choice. Also the flow of drinks where endless, I enjoyed three glasses of Champagne with my lunch. I can't wait for the next 30 years to pass. SGCH does not provide the service they are hired to provide. In order to save a few cents, they will delay urgent repairs rendering the property unsafe to live. Staff at the repairs and maintenance line is unqualified, rude and treat tenants' matters with total disregard. It is abusive and in breach of the tenant agreement to provide an unsafe premises and charge rent for it. Do a thorough research before renting with them.
