I have been using Natonic products for a couple of years and like them. Recently, I placed an order to be sent to my sister in Viet Nam, but I provided wrong phone number. Two weeks later, I contacted customer service at Natonic and asked them to help correct the phone number. Staff members at Natonic have been extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and attentive to my request. My sister eventually received the package. In my view, Natonic's customer service even after the sale is excellent. Highly recommend.
I have been using some products from Natonic and I love them. Especially the Lucas Papaw and Lifespring cream, they are awesome I can say. I have used them for more than 2 year and I don’t think I can find anything else that better than them. If your skin and your lips are dried, they are the best choice! Although the shipping fee is quite expensive to Canada but I was very satisfied with my first order, so I came back with my second order and I’m waiting for that. I love both of their products and services. Highly recommend to everyone!
