Fleetmore could not come and clean my blinds onsite at a time that worked for me, so they picked up blinds, cleaned them and returned them very promptly. Nice and clean, and in better condition than when they left. Price and cleanliness exactly as initially quoted - could not be happier. Thanks
My repair technician arrived on time within the specified time frame. He explained the fees before conducting the work. When he discovered that the repair was simply putting a rod back in place he was happy not to charge. However I insisted on paying the service fee as is only fair. He explained what had happened and also demonstrated what to do if this should occur again. Thank you so much Glen for your honesty and being willing to share your knowledge. I plan to call this company again for cleaning once the bushfire season has settled and the dust in less.
Don't waste your time... They will give you the run around for 5 weeks and they will never call you back..... Called another company and my blind was fixed in two days ... it didn't need new tracking like Fleetmore said and was cheaper too.
I was totally impressed by the service and quality of the work done. I left a message after hours and received a callback the next day. They arrived promptly at 7am as booked and fixed the blinds on site. The blinds are now working better than when they were first installed five years ago! The total cost of the job was cheaper than the call-out fee of one of their competitors. They are a family business, take pride in their work and are totally honest. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fleetmore Blinds and will use them again the next time I need my blinds repaired.
