I love getting my eyebrows done at Exquisite Brows and Mia always does them perfectly! Mia is so sweet, accommodating, professional and really knows what she’s doing. I always get lots of compliments after she’s threaded my eyebrows. Thank you MIA!!

First time threading and tinting experience and I’m so amazed at the results. I wish I noted her name this morning because she was very professional and friendly.
I’ve been doing my eyebrows here for the past few years and for the most part they did pretty much what I asked for, which was just a clean so it wasn’t very hard. I should also note that this place charges 20 for this service, but most other threading places charge 10. I was happy to pay for the convenience but during my most recent visit, I asked for the same thing and the beautician did not listen and made my eyebrows much, much thinner. After I expressed my concern she tried to convince me that they looked nice and then told me that if I didn’t like them I could get brow lamination. Clearly she did not hear my concerns at all, and instead saw it as an opportunity to up-sell. This is a mediocre place and you will always get the bare minimum effort from these beauticians. If you are someone who cares about your brows, this is not the place for you. I will not be returning to this place.
I don’t know her name but the girl with the dark skin complexion and tattoos on her left arm was so adorable and sweet. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows as she was very gentle and polite when needing to remove my hands or ask for me to stretch the skin around my brows. She was able to handle 3 customers all on her own and tended to all 3 professionally. Only downside of it was that since she was the only one working, I had to wait quite a while but I was happy in the end.
It was my first time here and the experience was horrible. The staff did not listen to what I wanted, rushed through the job and did a poor and uneven application of henna tint which began to fade after 2 days.
I chose Exquisite Brows Hurstville (opp Colette) because it got a higher rating than Eyebrow Beauty Hub on Google. They charge more as well but I was willing to pay the premium for better service and overall result. I am so disappointed in the service and end result of my eyebrow and lip threading. Service was terrible, the beautician was not friendly at all. I felt like she rushed through the whole treatment. She didn't apply any powder on my face despite telling me that my face was sweaty. She gave me some tissues to wipe the sweat off my face and then used those same tissues the wipe my eyebrow area when she was done. She was also very rough when directing me where to place my hands. She literally pushed my hands out of the way when she didn't need me to pull the skin in a particular area anymore. The end result was also horrible. She trimmed the top of my eyebrows unevenly and I am now left with a gap in my right eyebrow. I will not be returning. If you value your eyebrows, don't visit this place.
Went here today to get my eyebrows threaded and told the staff that it was my first time. I was impressed with how fast it took and how painless it was until I realised she made part of my eyebrow bleed in several different spots which has never happened to me before in all my years of going to beauticians. My eyebrows were shaped nicely but I was shocked to see that she took A LOT from the top, which was not what I wanted at all considering I had purposely very thick brows as I have a low browline and don’t want to accentuate it with thin eyebrows. It will now take me a VERY long time to grow that hair back. She asked if I wanted my upper lip and chin done to which I replied only my upper lip with a wax. Afterwards, I was surprised that she didn’t pluck at all, I went home and tweazed what I could but overall it was definitely a disappointing experience considering I only went there because of the amount of good reviews and the fact that there was a paid ad. I felt the service was very rushed which was why my eyebrow is now bleeding and why I was left with a half-finished job. I won’t be coming back here again to say the least.
