Went in store,they had great products but the salesman was really rude almost like he didn't want to make a sale. We explained we don't know anything about wood heaters and if they do quotes at home....he said no. Fair enough but don't just say get us the measurements and come back. How am I meant to take measurements on my own from and induilt heater while minding 2 toddlers ?Thanks for nothing
Very helpful answered all my questions we had their top of range lopi installed ...beautiful heater we can cook on it if we wanted looking forward to really cold weather so i can pump it up thanks so much guys

Staff are great, they gave great advice, we are not quite ready to purchase yet and they where very friendly and very willing to give advice on the options available
Poor communications and service, was quick to do a quote but then job must of been to hard and would not return calls or emails. after couple months, went to Heffernans Domestic Heating and gave me more options and make the experiance very easy.
Popped in to get a quote and have a look at the range three times - every time the business was closed even though website stated business was open! Sign on door saying closed :(
Hunts said a part was on order when in store. 2 weeks later find that the part wasnt even ordered. Nothing worse than having a business lie to you.
