This is my second order from Hunterstone. I am super delighted with the service and delivery, both in price and quality. I own a high end audiophile HiFi system and I bought multiple custom cut Basalt Lava slabs for my HiFi rack. The team at Hunterstone couldn't have been more helpful. The Basalt looks amazing and enhances the performance of my audio gear to another level. Highly recommended.
Terrific pre sales help from Alana. I gave her my requirements and she came back with a list of everything I needed to lay my new swimming pool flooring. Payment and delivery were nice and easy. WARNING! This company is a total sham. Received my 'White Himalayan Sandstone'. Check out the stained product I received. One week and 15 emails later I am still no closer to resolution with Hunter Stone who keep claiming that there is nothing wrong with the product for so long as it is not structurally damaged. Also interesting and conveniently somehow my husbands original review has been erased. This is a repost.
Super stoked with our service and the product. I personally Preferred to go onsite to see what I was buying so Didn’t much over the phone or online, so can’t comment on that. But professionalism and advice were second to none. Wait times were clearly conveyed to me on all the products I was looking at and price was better than fair. Once I confirmed and paid products were delivered to me within 24 hours in perfect condition. Highly recommend these guys.
