Unreliable and poor communication - they repeatedly sent out automatic invoices without discussing order details, even when I had emailed them prior. I was told the wedding jars would be delivered the week before when I placed the order, then advised it is usually the day before when I tried to reconfirm the order a month before my wedding day. They offered to deliver 3 weeks before via email but did not confirm a date with me when I asked whether I could have it delivered the week before. When I cancelled the order due to the uncertainty and wanted my deposit refunded, I was advised that 'Delivery date is not confirmed until full payment is received as per the website', however nowhere can I find this statement and it was also not advised on the order form. They also claimed I did not respond to their email advising they could deliver 3 weeks before the wedding day, even though I had already sent an email advising the week before was better, and received no further response from them. When I tried to call them about these concerns prior to cancelling there was no response from either contact numbers. Please avoid them unless you want to be pulling your hair out 2 weeks before your wedding.
