Brought my Apple Mac laptop in to be repaired as it didn’t hold charge, i used it when plugged in just fine but attending uni I needed it to hold charge. He was very helpful suggesting that new battery would solve this problem and a new hard drive would make my computer just like a brand new laptop in an older shell! I was unsure of doing this due to the price, but as it was an older model and a little slow I agreed to this as I knew it would benefit me in the long run, costing 460 in total. Less than 12 months later the laptop is doing the exact same thing, I brought it in to ask how this was possible? he told me that as the model was older, the charging port in the motherboard was faulty which can’t be fixed. I questioned why it cost 460 for a repair that lasts less than a year and he explain majority of the cost was for the brand new hard drive that I can’t use now anyway. He said although it wasn’t under warranty as the battery originally worked, he was still happy to fix it again and began to do so when he mentioned it was just an additional charge of 90 for another new battery (cheaper than before). I questioned why I would do that again if this didn’t work last time and how long he expected the replacement battery to last. He said he couldn’t guarantee a time it may last a day it may last a year. I obviously didn’t agree to this deal and being a first year uni student living out of home this seriously impacted my financial situation. I had no choice but to borrow 1400 to buy a brand new laptop so I could actually complete my study’s. I am unhappy with this service and feel as though I was taken advantage of as I’m only a young student with no knowledge on computers.

No waiting, no hassle of making appointments, just front up, do a bit of shopping while you wait and “voila “ a phone ready to go! Paul even came down to my car and helped me to set up Bluetooth. Thank you, you have restored my faith in young men on a mission to provide good service! I really liked the measures they’ve taken to be covid safe as well. A real class act!
As a technology challenged Gen-Xer these guys are fabulous. They have never failed to help me solve all major problems with my phone. They are courteous, friendly, polite and a joy to do business with. I highly recommend them. I reckon they can fix almost anything!
