My computer decided to die on me at a crucial time in my university examination period and Nick was able to give me a free evaluation on the same day I called him. He quoted me a really reasonable price, was fast-working and gave me a response within 1.5hrs of dropping off my PC. He was also generally lovely to work with. Super reasonable and accommodating guy and should I ever need repairs again, I'll definitely be giving him a ring.

My computer experienced a “fatal” attack. I appeared to have lost everything but Nerdcore was able to repair and make good, saving all my files, in less than 24 hours. Delighted with the quick response and patience with my lack of computer skills.
Nerdcore helped with with an urgent reset and repair to my Dell computer. I was impressed by the fast response and the quick turnaround. I had the fan and wifi card replaced as well as an operating system upgrade all completed in about half the time other companies were suggesting. I was informed at all times about what was required and the likely cost. I would highly recommend Nerdcore to family and friends :)

Cracked the screen on my new Razer Blade 15 advanced. Razer support in Australia is ultra slow particularly if you live in Melbourne and have to ship interstate. I was looking the barrel of several weeks and 1500 but Nick at Nerdcore found and fitted a new LCD panel within 24 hours for half that.

A great organization to do business with. Based very close to Hughesdale station, it's easy to reach by public transport. Nick sorted issues with my elderly Dell laptop, but I was impressed with the service and his advice, and subsequently purchased a s/h laptop as a present for a friend. So far, so good!
Had the part I needed to fix my noisy GPU fan, with the attention to detail to make sure I wasn't buying the wrong part. My laptop is now whisper quiet :) Thanks a lot
