I just tried calling with some basic questions about my new boat, only to be told that 'it's pretty basic, you should be able to work it out yourself'. If I could work it out myself, I wouldn't be calling. Very helpful - Not!

Although we did not purchase anything, Andrew from Huett Marine Centre went out of his way to help jump our bus after we were left stranded because the battery died. His generosity and kindness made a huge impact on our day, and we cannot thank him enough. Big shout out to Andrew and the business!

I've been a customer of the Huett's now for many years and have purchased engines from them time and again. I've never had a problem and have found that their knowledge and expertise in their field is second to none.
Have to agree Craig is the most arrogant mechanic I have ever dealt with and the rest of the staff arn't much better. Left my boat on Monday for a supposedly warranty issue. After not hearing from them I decided to call them on Friday and the lady said that the boat was ready to pick up but she did not have the time to call me. She also indicated that the boat might have had an additional problem and that after the boat being there for a week I would have to pick it up and take it back two to three weeks later. I was told it was a warranty issue and that I had till February to have it done. After speaking to to Craig he indicated that it might not be a warranty issue as the engine did not rev high enough. (it revs to about 5400rpm but he indicated that that was not high enough). As for the problem I took it in for it supposedly was not covered under warranty and I was charged. At no time was I given a courtesy call to inform me that I was going to be charged for the problem.
I was looking for a replacement fuel tank gauge, which I couldn't find online. After speaking with Sue, she found the part and mentioned that there was one on order for another customer and would call me when it came in. She followed up with a call and after confirming the part, it was ordered and arrived within a few days. They live in the area and offered to drop off the part to my house which they did today. Thank you!
