Hubert and Dan were the best wedding caterers we could've asked for; we couldn't be happier to have chosen them. The food was delicious, locally and ethically sourced, and the portions were very generous, meaning all of our guests were very well fed. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and provided excellent service during the wedding itself. Many of our friends commented that it was the most incredible and interesting catering they'd ever had. When looking into caterers, we'd heard rave reviews about HD, and on the day they far surpassed even our very high expectations! Could not recommend them more highly.
Our go too every month. Exceptional in many ways, service, food, value and venue. Every meal has been wonderful and the three course menu is great value and very satisfying. If you haven't tried them yet you must.
Hubert & Dan hit it out of the park every time! All our wedding guests have not stopped raving about the incredible food... a testament to Tassie's fine produce, Danielle is so talented! We are already excited to get back and have another party with her.

If you are in Launceston on a Thursday night; this is the only place you should consider. The food is stunning; the perfect balance of fine dining and comfort food; and the service is impecable. Get the full 3 course meal. You will not be dissapointed.
