Grubby sales tactics and just a rude, crude individual! Wont give you a price over the phone when making inquiries even if your armed with all the information and model numbers of what you require. Makes out he's busy and has a shop full of people, (which is rubbish), stating you need to come in then tries to charge you top dollar and ripping you off once you get there. Walked out refusing to be conned and ripped off by this very unprofessional individual and found exactly what i was looking for for half the price he attempted to charge. Rants and raves like a banshee... Do yourself a huge favor and explore your options...

Terrible experience. Overcharging items of obsolete technology by more than twice as its true value. Beware! They exploit the most vulnerable in the society, namely, the elderly, people of ESL background and those who do not know the technology well. Do not be fooled by the number of years it's been in business. They will bully you and swear at you if you ever question their sale tactics and ethics. Ask for receipt, get them to state clearly the warranty period and free exchange/refund period (if they have one). Do your own research work before buying! There are many more genuine sellers out there.
