Had a great experience today at HSBC Brisbane with great customer services provided by Phoenix Cai. She's been extremely helpful and patient to listen my issues, although I am no longer an existing customer.

First dealings with Brisbane Branch over a year ago was poor. Incessant questions and slow. This time not too bad. Even eventually offered a seat to the disabled. Well done! Follow up dealings with Phone Banking were 1 star. As with other reviews here, they seem to be really have too many issues and lacking in fixing problems. Speak to 3 different people, and hours in the phone. One step above Hopeless.

Preeti, who I talked to was exceedingly helpful. Less wait time than other banks. It's a shame that HSBC has continued to close so many branches, really goes against their marketing tagline.

2 july 2020 went to see the bank for a home loan staff might be from hong kong very freindly, spoke to Mitch he was very understanding and helpfull.
