Worst bank I've ever dealt with. The day I was meant to settle, HSBC failed to act and solicitors from both sides were left hanging for 2 days. No one from management has contacted me nor replied to my messages left by the HSBC customer service team. Take my advice and don't use HSBC, ING and ME Bank are miles ahead. Wish I never went with HSBC!
