Long waits just to get my account sorted. Left as the wait was too long. Approx 2-3 people at the desk and two people in front of me. Ended up going again few weeks later. 3 people on the desk with no one waiting in line. One staff assisted me, was mucking around with endless forms just to gain access to my account online. Was there for over 30 mins for something so simple. Didn't end up helping at all as I'm still locked out. On the phone with them now and they state I'm not even registered for online banking. What a joke. I'll be closing my account.
After attending branch no staff for service. And after opening accounts there's no information provided, no follow ups as promised, and only opened day to day account no saving account. Even no financial service guide provided. Very bad experience. Only HSBC local phone banking is helpful.
