Took day off work. Made appointment for 11.30am and the place was closed. No phone call to say that anything was wrong. Waited for 15 minutes chasing it up with head office. Sent to Frankston where I then had to wait 30 more minutes. Will change accountants

Firstly they ripped me off with the cost of the tax return service when I told them I was 18 and it is a smaller fee for under21s I paid double the amount. Then they tried too tell me that I was wrong and they didn’t overcharge me after arguing then they realised they were wrong after arguing and arguing very unprofessional matter will not be going here again!
