so far the best medical centre for me and my family. they all care for us as a family. excellent costumer services skills, when u call and you really need a medical care for one of your family members . You will find the person behind the front desk shows so much care and want to do anything to help you n calm you down. I don't think anyone will ask for more then this . whoever had bad feedback about the staff i''m sure their reasons wasn't important as it should be . lovely staff and very good doctors.

Dr. John is my doctor for years . very good service . excellent care . new team of doctors ,appointments on time. close to my place . highly recommend.

Will never go there again and I usually go there everytime as dr John is good. On the other hand the receptionist has no clue whats going on. Waited over 1hr for her to finally tell me that the machine that was needed wasn't working. And then she asked if I wanted to book in another day but she couldn't give me a time even though she was looking at the computer when she asked if I wanted to book in on another day.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here. As with every practice I've ever visited the wait times can be long, but no longer than usual. The reception staff are polite. In the past few years I've seen 4 doctors and 3 nurses here and all have been wonderful. I've never been treated impolitely by any of the staff and the Drs have a genuine interest in helping. The nurses are amazing.

Like I saw in another review one star is a compliment to this place. I will never go back! Receptionist extremely RUDE. Book the first time for my 1 year old baby with Dr. Salwa Kirkukli and she made us wait for 30 minutes until I said I was leaving for the receptionist to decide take me to the nurse. The nurse has a bunch of things in the bed so I literally lost my patient I decided to leave as it was extremely DISRESPECTFUL. DOCTORS DON'T CARE ABOUT PATIENCE ANYMORE!!! Not even a baby!
