I bought these as a small gift for my sister, as it turns out she needed a set of kitchen knives so it was a great gift for her. She's only had them a short while but she loves them, especially the one piece design, the out of the box sharpness of them (she says no more "sawing" tomatoes with her old knives), and the modern stand that takes up very little counter space. I purchased them when they were on a lightning deal and feel like they were a very good. Obviously they're not top of the line, but are of better quality than I would have expected to find in this very low price range. My 5 star rating is for overall value and how tickled my sister is to have them.

This is a really handy, and really SHARP, paring knife. The blade is a little longer than most of the paring knives I have used before, which makes it really great for slicing thicker vegetables or cuts of meat. And the serrated blade is excellent for cutting relatively tougher items. Just to see how well it would work, I sliced a pretty tough piece of pork loin and it went through it like butter. Great knife.

They look great. They feel great in my hand with a bit of weight to them. So far I have washed them immediately after use and dried immediately. No spots, rust, or other issues after a month of use. Wow - so nice to have some sharp knives in the kitchen for a change!

I was amazed when they arrived, I actually stood there smiling and thinking I can't believe these were so reasonably priced. They feel good in my hand, they are sharp enough to hurt yourself if you aren't careful and look amazing sitting on my counter! This is a great value for a really great product! Love them!

"Deep serrations make quick work of cutting skinned vegetables and fruits.Well shaped, perfect size. Had to wait a long time for it to ship, but once it did, it came quickly. I suspect the seller does not keep it in stock, and has to order it from the manufacturer when someone buys one. "

Amazing quality for the price, these are the sharpest knives I have ever bought (and I have a lot of knives!). The hardwood block is exceptionally well cut and beautiful to behold on the counter - but be warned! This is a vertical block, rather the the more common 45 degree block.
