The service was so excellent I am leaving my first ever Google review. Purchasing a pair of shoes gets you 1/2 off for an hour-long foot massage and pedicure which was so fantastic I also got a 30-minute massage. I've gotten massages at various places from around the world and this was one of the best I've ever had (I would have done longer if she wasn't booked up). All the staff are so kind and go above and beyond. I would be a regular if I lived in the area. It's worth the trip to Townsville just to experience House of Florian. I am already looking forward to coming back! Thank you!!

Such a clever idea to have a shoe shop and foot spa under the one roof! I went in for a pair of Birkenstocks and then had a pedicure. I'm so happy to finally find a place where they are very thorough on getting the hard/dry skin off my feet, plus provide proper foot massage as well! Thank you :)
