This company does not respond to emails or phone calls, they do nothing but Lie. Install dates keep changing and they won't follow up, they do NOT take away old unit like they advise AND you need to pay further out of pocket for an RCM for your switchboard. Absolutely disgusting customer service go ELSEWHERE!

This company is as dodgy as hell. The total lack of communication and accountability after the sale is through is appalling. They will take your money and run, and leave you in the lurch. Do not, under any circumstances, order your hot water system through this company.
