Lots of bad reviews below, but my family and I have never had a problem here. Delicious chicken that we keep coming back for. Just be aware of spice on the large fried chicken, even if you only ask for a small amount

Same chicken delight everywhere. This franchise could be seen in all over Sydney, one of them is located at where I used to live, Burwood. With that in mind, let me get a comparison perspective review, Auburn store require's a little more clean up on the facade. Else, everything is perfectly alright, maybe the other not good review are not lucky enough yet, hope they could see the good that this store still have.

Ordered from UberEats here twice, the food would be 3/5 but compared to Hotstar Hurstville and Campsie its terrible. The wings taste so ridiculously different from other Hotstars but not in a good way, the chicken bites are so dry I don't even understand how you get them to be so dry in such a short amount of time. Judging from my food quality and other reviews I'd say this is just the worst Hotstar in Sydney and not a good representation of the franchise, honestly I'd only go here again so I could be face to face with the idiot taking the piss behind the counter.

My kids sometimes buy from here and this time round my son asked if I wanted his fried mushrooms. I said sure, being surprised he didn't want anymore. My daughter also didn't finish her chicken. When I took my first piece on each, I couldn't believe how salty they were! The chicken pieces were also so dry! How can they sell of this quality?!

If you like Taiwanese style fried chicken, then this place isn't too bad. Yeah the employees are always on their phones but what do you expect when you're waiting for the chicken to fry and waiting for customers to come? You have to pay with cash here as well but that's not really bad; inconvenient? a little bit.

Forgot my mushrooms, I clearly ordered it tonight and she completely disregarded it. Refused to serve me after even though they werent even closed yet still 15 minutes of trading. Poor service, very dissatisfied definitely will remember that

Lowkey kinda trash. 2 reasons, number one is bad value, secondly the tabletop and menu was dirty and worn.
