Worst company ever! Seeing all these good reviews here makes me believe they are complete fake. Similar to the only bad review on here, I bought something, it turned out to be faulty and instead of helping the customer they would just find ways to make sure to never take back their item. No sense! If you wanna get ripped off the good old fashion way, come here and lose your money. Sales staff does not listen at all but keeps repeating their own lies. Telling you as the customer you don't know how to cook things instead of accepting that the device is not working. Sorry with more than 17 years of experience I cannot take this non sense. Will bring this up with ACCC. Good luck!

The worst , costumer service, I ever had after spend a lot money with them, and ask why my equipment ,was wrong , they said you al ready bought , sorry we can do nothing , I wouldn't reccomend to no one , specially owner I rang 10 several time , answer I will call you back , I'm still waiting after one month , anyway really poor equipment , poor service ,actually really bad service , I wouldn't recommend this company any one , and I will not use this company again in my life .
