Old mate at the front desk needs a good lesson in Customer Service! I bought a bunch of stuff 6 months ago including 6 ReCoila hose reels. For a couple commercial shops i own 6 months on and 1 of the reels has stopped retracting. I went back in to see if he could help me with it. Pretty much looked at me with a blunt face an goes what do u want me to do about it ? I said well i bought a heap of stuff off you and its only been 6 months.. dont these product's have a 12months warranty? He then replys yes but it doesn't work like that And it looks pretty old. Ive then pointed out the manufacture date that showed it was built in the factory less then 10 months ago Even then he wanted nothing to do with it The way i was spoken to and delt with is absolutely appalling!! Im all about looking after smaller business but i suggest if u want good customer service and warranty with your products shop elsewhere P.s the younger guy there is a legend The main guy at the desk is the tool
