Terrible Customer Service. They rarely reply to phone messages or emails. Went there today....cobwebs all over the building. Had an old sign that said to NOT enter due to Covid restrictions. Ahhh Derrr!! Obviously, despite....maybe.........having a good product, they could at least spruce the place up a tad and make it more welcoming. I left in a hurry!
Horrible Horrible Horrible! 10 weeks from initial contact to delivery of the items. Supplier (Tammy) listed product as in stock when it wasn't, supplier also listed it as sent when it wasnt and a call to Auspost confirmed it hadn't even left the factory. Waiting for product to be produced once the supplier finally confirmed it was on back order, (during which time more false production and delivery dates were exchanged). Ignored emails and calls as I unfortunately had to chase the order up to get anywhere! Thankfully now the 2 hoses have arrived, one of which is very mis shaped, the other, not even the correct hose and kinked! Completely different to pictured hose that I ordered. The listing for that hose has now been deleted (which I can only assume is because they couldn't actually make what the advertised and didn't want me to call them out on it). Actually the worst buying experience of my life. I'm not going to bother complaining to Tammy about the hose being different to advertised, as she has made it quite clear she doesn't value my custom and I won't be waiting another 10 weeks for a replacement! Shop elsewhere folks.
