It really pains me to write this, because I hate writing negative reviews, but I hope something may come of it. I used to absolutely love this store and would spend hours just browsing, but in the last 12 months this store has changed for the worst. I have visited the store a few times and each time I feel uninspired and unenthused, and talking to lots of others, many are feeling the same. The stock is low, the store is messy and cluttered and has no flow, staff seem like they just don't want to be there and at times I have been made to feel like an inconvenience while I am in the store. Quite often I leave without buying anything because they don't have what I need. Launceston is a small city and we have 2 saddleries plus several fodder places who are now selling horse gear, I would have thought that Horseland would be absolutely pushing to make this store the very best, but it's like they've completely given up and it really is so so so sad. I would hate to see this store close as it's had such a big impact on me through growing up with horses but it has lost its touch. I hope Horseland or its staff read this review and don't take it as a harsh blow but rather as a previously loyal customer who is sad to see it suffer.
