Going to redeem a complementary coffee. The staff told only small and regular size can be redeem( Buy large coffee every day) This is the only branch I can not redeem a large coffee. Please cancel the reward if you can not offer.

Terrible customer service and coffee compared to other soul origin. The ice blended coffee has a lot of unground coffee beans or something else , it’s not completely blended. The ice coffee just taste like ice water plus some coffee. no much customer at the time , but everything seems very rushed . And a lot of foam in the ice coffee about 1/4 in a cup. Taste complete different compare to other store, very disappointed. And got charge 7 , not sure whether is correctly priced

Ordered a large salad with 4 choices and got the lemon olive oil dressing. The dressing or the salad was off as it tasted bitter. Informed the staff about it but he just said that he’ll look into it and then got busy serving other customers. Adding to this, the chicken avocado salad didn’t have ANY avocado at all. I’m a regular to Soul Origin all over Sydney but this has to be the worst experience till date.

Coffee is consistently good quality. However the food isn’t generally to the same standard. Service is also quite cold sometimes.

The coffee here is consistently good. They have a really nice range of sandwiches and salads as well as a few treats like friands, powerballs and cupcakes. The staff are very friendly and the service quick and efficient. located on level 1 outside Cole's. Wheelchair and pram accessible.
