Very poor customer service and no good quality. The receptionist who was wearing a glasses was very rude and they just spoke their language in front of customer that made me feel so bad. They are just RUDE, not good at nails. The best nail salon in Hornsby is Top spa n nails. Do not waste your time and money in here.

I have been with Professionail since they started. As a result, I have changed technicians through time, due to changes such as staff starting families etc, so my experience is not with one technician. In over twenty (20) years, they have provided me with “outstanding” service!! They are to be congratulated on their superb professional nail treatment, I have never had a breakage from here during infills. Thank you for the excellent service provided to me.
The team are extremely friendly, and girls do an excellent job with any ideas I bring to them. The beauty salon is one of the nicest ones in the area!
I went here to get a manicure and my previous sns nails removed. My technician did a HORRIBLE job, it was really badly done. Instead of using the drill and the alcohol remover in the foil, she just popped the nail. She didn't clean up after and I have remaining polish on my nail. It was very poorly done and she didn't ask me for what shape I wanted and just cut my nails short when I didn't want it. I thought it would have been a good place, but I was mistaken.
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They cut my fingers multiple times, left me to go chat with each other and laughed when my fingers started bleeding. I was then charged full price. Please do not go here.
went in to get a manicure with normal polish and came out with shellac. how does that happen? the place looked clean and relaxed.
Nice atmosphere, and really pretty inside. I got a full set of acrylics and they did a wonderful job! All even and well shaped, and she checked in with me about the length and shape regularly. Very happy with the results! Was talking to her coworker while she did it and still did a wonderful job so I don't mind at all
