What a FANTASTIC service. My daughter's laptop failed with her school assignments saved to the hard disk and a fear that they could not be recovered. But PCByte very calmly opened up the laptop and copied the files from the hard drive to save the day. Thank you very much.

Called to ask for an emailed quote for a highly configured Intel NUC. The guy who answered wasn't easy to understand. I think accent is Chinese. Refused to take my email address and instead insisted that I email him. I'm on the road on my phone. He's in his office. Obviously they have too much business. So now I just move to the next supplier but probably just Amazon. What happened to quality service
