Ripped off! Used to be amazing but now horrible. Paid 2 for one calamari ring that taste like nothing. There's one other fish n chips about 4min walk! Very salty and disgusting taste. Not coming back

The owner swore at me tonight and he verbally treatened me when I came to complain that I didn't get chips and asked for missing chips. They didn't give me chips last Friday night so I went there tonight asking for chips and explained what happened on that night then the staff told me I received what I was supposed to have because the receipt showed Battered Barra pack with salad. But when I ordered it I said I wanted chips with chicken salt and salad. The staff couldn't help further and she said she could not decide who's fault it was. So I told this to the owner who cooks in the kitchen. The owner told me it is my fault because I should have checked the receipt. My interpretation of the barramundi pack was that it included the chips and I used to buy Grilled barramundi pack from there and I always got the chips. I just added the salad this time. The owner started to raise his voice and swore at me. He even threaten me verbally. There were other customers and I was assaulted by him.
Delivery was late. The food was cold upon arrival. Was not appetising at all. Not worth the money. Would not recommend
It was my first try to order and told myself to give a go as I like fish and chips or calamari. I made the order and told the girl at the counter of my order which was salt and pepper Calamari. The people who ordered late and I came before them had their order first and I was the last who got mine. Disappointed! And when I finally tasted my order, it wasn’t much really. I thought a calamari is cut into rings but not, just some cut-off pieces toss to the batter and deep fried. I’m not going to buy again.

Ordered yesterday, food was either over cooked or undercooked , entire family feeling sick, never again. I don’t know how these businesses operate .
Four or five years ago this place was great. Not so much, now. I ordered 2 fish and chips, one salad, and calamari rings. Everything was oily, tough, and tasted old. The fish was 70% oily batter. Staff were aggressive.
We ordered two cheese burgers and one The Lot burger, all with chips. I had to explain to the girl on the register what a cheeseburger was, and that we wanted two of them. She seemed confused, but the order came out ok. They were good burgers, if a little heavy on the onion. There was ample seating out in Hornsby mall, with good shade. We had no complaints, and will probably go back.
