I have been this medical center a few times and happy with the doctors' service. They are kind and make efforts to provide you with the medical needs. Some of the reception staff really need more professional training. It is not too hard to smile at your customers. You walk in the Center and you immediately see the stern faces behind the counter. It seems that the customers owe them something.

I'm so disappointed. I've been there for my and my son 6 weeks appointment. The doctor check vaccinations didn't last more than 10 min. I was rushed to leave. I had questions and I hadn't had the chance to make them. The nurse checked my baby weight with his nappy and singlets on, didn't ask me to take it off or give me time to do without a request. After vaccinations they both, doctor and nurse, just got their belongs and ran away, and never mentioned I should wait 15 min after the shot for safety, as everywhere else does. This isn't all but more than enough for never come back.

I have been visiting this medical centre for so many years. It had been great but currently GPs’ service and professionalism have been bad. For instance, during my most recent visit, GP name Zobaida Akhter didn’t show any care during my treatment. My treatment was supposed to be in a private room for privacy that’s been done for many years.This GP put me in the public treatment room no curtains, doors and everyone could access and see. I felt my privacy is nothing to her. Secondly, she isn’t professional and didn’t show any care about the treatment. She applied treatment to the area doesn’t need treatment at all. It was like she just wasn’t care at all. Lastly, after the treatment was done. She just left me in the room, walked away and said nothing. I didn’t know if it was done or not, so waited but she wasn’t back. I was walking out she already escorted another patient in her room. This is just utterly bad service I have ever experienced for many years in your centre. I want this to be heard by the management and want your centre to maintain standard and service quality.

I have been attending this practice for about 5 years. I have seen 3 or 4 GP's and all have been very helpful. The staff at the front are always cheerful. I highly recommend this practice.

This medical centre is Superb! The reception staff are always helpful,the doctors are very knowledgeable,caring and friendly.And for those of us on a tight budget the bulk billing is heaven -sent!

Doctors and Reception staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to assist me. When I went to the treatment room Nurse Nellie was brilliant! Thanks again Team, I'll definitely be coming back again! :)

2 stars only because of really proffessional Dr. Darvas for kids. The other GPs are only there to compete with each other in the number of patients they can see! I ve only been there with appointment and still waited more than half an hour every single time to see the GP. And always felt rushed when I finally got to see one for less than 5 mins consultation! Unfortunately healthcare bulk bill system has become only about quantity rather than quality.
