Nobody will answer there phones only a silly voice message. Been trying to get through for months and they hang up or the machine doesn’t understand. Covid not helpful . Please someone fix this messages .

Elegent and higher scale department store,clean and friendly staff
Total waste of time. No one to assist in lingerie area. It's fine.. then there is no one at the cash registry. Went to 2 other counters and are unattended. When there finally.was someone, I waited to be served because there was a customer there already. When she was done she went and served someone else who happened to walk right up to the counter while the other customer was still there. Its not the first time counters are unattended and staff don't keep and eye for customers trying to pay. If you're happy to help yourself find what you need and make multiple trips in and out of change rooms to get different sizes... AND THEN hunt down a counter that is attended.....
Firstly, I have to say the unhappy rate is not for DJ Hornsby store. It is for the whole DJ. I tried to purchase an eyeliner from Hornsby DJ. The sales lady couldn't find the right color and suggested that she put an order online for me and get it delivered to my place. She wasn't quite sure how to get it done correctly through the system and asked other staff to help. It took her more than 10 mins to figure out how to find the right item. I was surprised that they spent so much time on one customer literally due to the inefficient system (I was standing right in front of their computer so I saw how the system working). Fairly speaking, I am very happy with the help the SA provided. However, the disaster started from there. I got an email later to confirm my order and then I found out somehow the color with the order was wrong. I don't think it was purely caused by human mistake. I was there to see the whole processing. I don't think there is a way for the SA to double check if the order was correct. I called up the helpline and was told that they can not change the item or cancel the order even though it was just processed. I have to wait for the wrong item deliver to me and then take it back to the store to get refund. What a brilliant system David Jones have! I meant what if this is some bulk item? Can't believe the inefficient system DJ bear with.
Fantastic store, offering a wide choice of good quality brands and most importantly really helpful staff that makes a visit a pleasant experience!
DJs was my mum's favorite department store. Still a strong contender when you need some quality clothing and accessories. Perfect place to shop for the well heeled man about town. They have a large range of high quality items so this is the go to store to find the special gift for that special person. This Hornsby store is great but for the consummate shopping experience head to their Sydney city store.
This is my local store for past ten years and never ever had a kind of amazing experience I had today with Tish. She is an amazing person went out her way to help me pick a dress for my wife. Her knowledge of the dresses were outstanding. Thank you for this experience Tish!!!
We were just at the Hornsby David jones and were served by a very rude man in the men’s clothing department . He was not wearing a mask or social distancing from other staff or other shoppers ( including us). Without realising of DJ’s new rules we were trying to pay cash and that’s when he started to get aggressive and rude about health issues with cash even though he was not obeying any covid rules? ? Instead of being informative, he was just rude. Even though this is our local store , We will not be shopping at David jones any longer due to this incident.
